Healers' Retreat

Date: 1 Mar 2024 - 3 Mar 2024

Singapore

When you struggle to juggle the multitude of roles you have and life's external demands, compassion fatigue and burnout can loom as constant threats.

If you are a dedicated caregiver whether in a professional role or personal one, as a spouse, parent, daughter or son, sister or brother, when you are responsible for the well-being of people you manage and care for, you can be easily immersed in that pursuit, often at the expense of your own self-care.

Our retreat, tailored for psychotherapists, counsellors, and the general public alike, addresses the challenges of compassion fatigue and burnout. It serves as a sanctuary for rejuvenation and growth, offering a multitude of benefits:

1. Enhance Your Therapeutic Skills: Invest time in personal growth to enhance abilities for personal and professional benefit.

2. Reconnect With Your Inner Self: Take a step back to rediscover emotions, desires, and aspirations, fostering self-reflection and self-rediscovery on your healing journey.

3. Learn Stress Reduction Techniques: Acquire and practice stress-reduction techniques to empower effective management of life's demands.

4. Implement Practical Self-Care: Gain strategies for daily self-care, promoting a healthier work-life balance.

5. Renew Your Passion: Rediscover your passion for life, instilling a renewed sense of purpose and fostering empathy and enthusiasm.

6. Connect with the Community: Engage with like-minded individuals, forming connections that offer support and camaraderie.

Our retreat prioritises your well-being. It is not just an opportunity; it's an investment in becoming the best version of yourself—a healer whose impact goes beyond the ordinary.
